Do you have any issue with the prop shaft(long shaft) ?? direct fit by using
e36 front & rear long shaft ?

You can adjust propshaft lenght..

oh thank god...

I think i shouldn't have any problem installing e36 box onto my e30.

I need to buy the aluminium shifter balancer too

I'm gonna use 87' 240 manual long shaft. hopefuly it can be fit as well.

Propshaft is the shaft from CSB to trans. I dont think this can be changed. I assume you are talking about the rear section that is splined?

I tried fitting the E30 driveline in the car with a G250 installed and the propshaft was too long. The CSB was too far behind the chassis mounting points.

Do people weld in new chassis attachment points for the CSB?

In my case driveshaft was shortened through splines and was short enough to install E36 ZF 225 gearbox. In future I am planning to replace it with one peace driveshaft in order to move engine backwards and save some weight.

If you miss few millimeters you can elongate the holes.
