hi all :-)
been a while now but here is an update:
went on the track testing the car, setting was:
2,5bar basic fuel pressure
0.9mm spark plugs
0.9bar turbo pressure
i hadn´t adjusted the "airflowmessure?" so it went 2 ritch bellow 2000rpm (thats why 0.9mm sparkplugs), afr was around 10 when driving.. was playing around with the fpr.
result:
Plugs got blown out @apr. 5000rpm (was expected), had a hard time keeping it alive on low rpms.. to mutch fuel

.
exhost manifoil got some cracks doe to welding tension and no flex between manifoil-exhaust-wastgate.
a few destroyed sparkplugcables and some other few problems due to radiation heat from the turbo, and ofcourse the clutch got a hard time.. dooh.
But hey,all worth it.. so some new stuff is orded..
i made a small film from the first day, please keep in mind that i normaly drive a quattro with tiptronic

, and not a good rwd driver..
first part of the film is from inside a 05 RS4 for referance..
