Also, I still do not understand why you cannot have the M3 or Z3 struts modded for coil overs instead of the 318 ones. If you have not had them done yet, what is the problem. Is there a reason you can do the 318 struts and not the m3/z3?
At any rate, check into vintage racing where they are not allowed big brake changes and see what those guys are doing with stock brakes. Some ducting, rebuild, better pads, cooling and lines do some amazing things for braking. Between that, and proper downshifting, your brakes should be plenty.
