04-09-07Got a chance to get on the dyno today. I did two baselines then installed the Dinan chip and ran two runs. While only getting a few more peak wheel horsepower and torque, the mid range picked up in needed places and the air/fuel looks better pretty much 13:1 all the way across the board (the graph says 14 but -1 for cat). This was done on a Dynojet with a wideband at the tailpipe.
The power results are ok but on the road the power feels much smoother and the new revs are great, I'll admit I was discourage when I was on the dyno but the Kool-aid smile poked its head out on the drive home.
