My boss bought a 318is from the auction to resell (really clean silver one with only 131k) and it had these wheels on it, talked him into trading my basketweaves for them. I dont know what make or model but I do know that they are 3 piece, center bore and offset seem to be e30 specific, look to be 7.5" wide cause that 215/50/15 fits pretty good, and the year stamp is 1987. They have been poorly refinished, the center cap is painted over (I left them off cause their really big) and have no size or offset stamps anywhere visible. Im going to take them back off and thoroughly clean them when I get back from vacation.

Anyone know what they are?? We where thinking old SSR's but I dont know..

Some quick snap shots I took, Ill do a proper shoot in a little while. I only did a quick run over with the alum. polish, after I spend some time on them they'll have some bling'n lips. I also plan on refinishing the centers in either black or silver.

Dirty (not rust) but you can see the 3 pieces

Thanks to Ray Smoodiver on r3vlimited for bringing up Work Ewings, the answer has been found.

I found some siblings..

Well after some research it looks like Ewing was like a category that had many different styles, similar to the Work Equip lineup

Guibo Fixed!!

Dropped my pan, no bolts, but a little piece of something..

None of the upper pan bolts were loose and I didnt find any other prices of junk in the pickup. Put a new gasket and thin layer of Honda Bond HT on the metal surfaces.

Looks almost like part of the tensioner rail, but I didn't think that it broke down in chunks like that unless you put a new tensioner in it and did the "rev for 30 seconds" thing. If thats metal, might be a bit more of a problem....

What does the Honda Bond do?

Yeah its metal, and I haven't done my tensioner yet. It really looks like it would be a piece of guide cause it had a little lip on one side.

Honda Bond is just a non solid silicone gasket, its really good stuff and I use it on any sealing surface. Its like the orange stuff you can get at the parts store, but has better sealing properties and dries gray. I also use it on all the race cars at work.

Its a thick adhesive film by LaminX, comes in a few different colors.

The stock stereo was getting kinda bland so I did a little refresher. A new Sony Xplod Specialty Series (cdxf605x) head unit and 5 1/4" Kenwood eXcelon's all around. Since I still had the stock stereo, I was the one that got to chop up the wiring. I spent the time and did a really nice install, solder and heat shrink everything all wrapped up looking nice. I am really happy with the sound, this deck lets you adjust the height of the highs so the fronts dont sound like there on the floor.

Since the new speakers stick out a little more the front kick panels wouldn't go over them, cut the holes and still screwed into the stock locations. I also had the space the hood release out a bit to clear.

Finally got the two new 215/50/15 Dunlop SP Sport 5000's to match the two newer ones that came on the wheels. I really like how the tires fit on these wheels.

I started collecting the parts for my brake refresh, Brembo Blanks and Pagid Sports. I still need to get some ATE Super Blue and Im debating on steel braided lines..
