A first cleaning test and BMW paint is good resistant.

This afternoon I attended hoses that leave the tank.Motor those waiting until there is no engine
It's crazy how long it takes to change two hoses


















Looking at the photo I realize there is a problem. Tomorrow I will loosen the clamp to return the hose properly.

Tuesday morning i worked on the brakes. So cutting the edges of the sheet metal disk protection to let place for the 280mm Z1 disks and modification of the calipers supports

This morning I had a little bit of phosphoric acid on parts followed by cleaning with gasoline F. Here are quietly suspended pending the layers of paint tonight

I finished the parts Friday night. I've realized that my black paint is not a hot temperature paint but an exhaust brake paint. Is this serious doctor ?

Finally I managed to bring the piston in. After 15 minutes I said I had nothing to lose by returning the seal and by miracle it happened almost without force, which would mean that there is indeed a mounting way of the seal.
As there is no place to spend the fingers I used a socket (which enters the piston) and an extension cord.
I took the opportunity to pass the cap of the bleeder screw and the four guides silicone like that they will nickels

I spent some silicone on the hub to prevent oxidation


Z1 disks and M3 calipers monted
Again, silicone on the face in contact with the rim





New Anti roll bar silent bloc
Silicone between the silent bloc and the anti roll bar



APEX springs







Silicone again and again






It's nice with blue and pink, no ?




I pulled the straps that secure the motor. Tomorrow the car should be on its wheels

Hi, Sunday I worked a little. The chassis is almost finished, almost because of two stupid bullshits.
The first, I broke a three screws so I will command a complete set tomorrow:



The second, will purging the brakes, a leak on the rear left and it's not the bleed screw. I'm good for another refection kit from BMW ^^

The good news: The steering rack is installed. This afternoon il will command the steering rod
