NMNA - http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=278534, see the "m52b28 coil harness".

You can use the 4 longest coil harnesses out of this and hide the splices to the OEM harnesses under an M3 firewall cover (if you have one). Here's a pic of mine:

Damn, we need to get together some day so I can steal some of your ideas for my car. That's a very sharp looking engine compartment!

I shouldn't be allowed to click on links.

I'll need the wiring diagram and part numbers to install this on my car.:D

You don't really need a wiring diagram. All the coil wires are green, black and brown/orange as are the wires in the M52 harness.

1) Before you remove the harnesses from the coil pack mark each one so you know which one goes to coil #1, etc.
2) Remove the 4 longest sets from the M52 harness.
3) Install the COP Kit.
4) Install the M52 wires onto your 4 COP coils with the longest at coil #1, etc. Dress them as you please - I used heatshrink tubing.
5) I crimped 1/4" terminals onto the M52 wires (I forget if they're male or female - it'll be obvious).
6) Plug the coil #1 M52 wire into the cars coil #1 wire connector - match the wire colors at each connector (black to black, etc). Repeat for the other coils.
7) Instead of steps 5 and 6 you could just use wire splices but my method allows you easily convert back to the original setup if you ever want/need to.
8) Hide the connections behind the M3 panel. I cut a piece out of the bottom of the panel for the harness to feed through - see my pic above.

I have put together a wiring diagram that shows the correct pins at each end.  We'll be posting that soon, and making it available on our website if there is interest.

Here is the promised COP Plug Diagram for those of you with the later model M42 or any M44 engines.

I have a file of PDFs for my car and this one will make a nice little addition to the collection.

Thanks, Rob!
