Hello all! I am new to the forum, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. After recently purchasing a 1995 BMW 318is from auction, I have decided to Fab an intake manifold for the M60 supercharger I have also purchased, came from (2000 Pontiac GTP) I have already done some minor upgrading to the car, cone style airfilter/removed cat & resinator, 2.5" exhaust... I still cannot find out if it is an M42 or M44. Is there anywhere I could find the layout of holes and ports in the head to start planning and designing the fabrication prints, as this is my daily driver at the moment, and would rather not remove the intake yet... At least I could start basic fabrication of the flanges, as I am a ticketed welder/pipefitter, and can stay late at work to build it, and have access to an unlimites supply of scrap!
And a couple questions... I see you are using #40 injectors, and WB 02, sensor, where could I find these? Do you require the bosch bypass because your M90 does not have the bypass port? Or what exactly does the this bosch bypass do? I will be contacting Midnight Tuning for chip info!
After a lot of research, these upgrades seem like the most bang for your buck!
