Dynoed the is turbo yesterday, 280hp :) I wanted more ouf of it but we had some problems with the MS at higer rpms, trigger errors i think so ill get back to that.
But i works really great below 6000rpm or so! Pretty fun :)

Fine tuned my M20 turbo at the same time and the old 2 valve is now putting out 770hp :D

We had 240whp (should be around 280hp) but i think that sheet is in tha garage and im not home at the moment, but i had a picture on the 237whp run :)



I use the E36 M3 3.2 euro gearbox in the M20 turbo.
-88 E30 325i M50 6spd turbo, 764whp
-89 E30 318i M42, 140hp COP conv. (E36 engine + gearbox, 3.73 188 diff)
-90 E30 318is M42 turbo, 240whp (sold)

Nice! :) I want 300whp atleast with this setup! New turbo and dp + check the cams should do the trick!

Oh yeah?!??!  Well I have dyno proven 115 whp!  So there!  :D  Your cars are an inspiration!  One of these days..... turbo mmmmm...  My co-workers were very impressed by both the M20 turbo and the e30 V10 videos.  All great stuff.

What turbo do you have now and what turbo do you want? In what rpm range do you want boost?
I have a T3/T4@0.6bar and I have boost in the upper range (2nd gear from 4500, 3rd from 4000, etc.). Redline is 6800rpm.

I have a Mitsubishi EVO8 turbo, dont know what turbo im gonna buy..it depends on if i replace the pistons and rods or not :)
I fixed the 6000rpm issue today, so now it goes all the way to 7000 rpm :)

WOW! How on earth did you manage that? How hard was it to integrate the haltech? Completely stock?!?!?!?!

With very good fine tuning and lots of patience. :)
It was a bit tricky until I managed to get wiring done. After that a friend did the proper maps.
Now I'm runing 0.6bar / 0.87 PSI. I think I can go 0.8bar / 11.6 PSI. :D
