Depending on how many miles you have replace the front and rear main engine seals. If they are old they could start to leak under boost.

If you don't mind spending a few more buck I would go for the MarkD chip. Its really worth it.

I use H&R springs with bilsteins and I have to say for the performance upgrade they ride like a caddy compared to other springs.

I just overcame this problem. Check the connector to the fuel pump it may be calcified. I just cut it off and made my own makeshift connector with two crush connectors. My car sat for 3 months until i stumbled upon it. To test it, make the jump at the relay end and start fiddling with the connector, pulling it pushing and moving it around. If you hear the pump kick on in fiddling there's your problem.

Does anyone know the tranny code for the 330i pp? It seems like the the easiest way to go for a 6sp swap. With a long diff it should suit nicely with boost keeping the rev range on par with power curves:D.

Engine management / Car not starting

Checked and the pump is new. No power going to fuse 11, I checked all wiring leading to the fuel relay and the MCU is not sending the relay flip signal, I then replaced the MCU from reading forums on rumors that the MCU is commonly faulty. I'll be checking the CPS in the morning. And if it is, time to start on the mega squirt conversion with the the spare MCU plug, and see how I can use the housing to make it a stock fit:D.

Hey guys, my car just stopped starting all of a sudden and the fuel system isn't getting any power. I replaced the relays and the computer and there still isn't any power at the fuse in the fuse box. The fuel relay is getting power from battery and the Main relay but no power going through the fuel system. It happened all of a sudden and the car was working fine before that. If I can't figure it out I might rewire the system to a switch like a race car or make a relay system for it as for right now I'm stumped.:confused:

I found the problem and it just happened to be a wire that the aftermarket alarm had spliced into that circuit. For some stupid reason they wired it to a side marker on the opposite side of the car.

Hey guys I know its been a while since I've posted and its been tough lately. Anyways all my dash lights shorted out and its blowing my 23 fuse I got it down to the Grey wire with Red stripe doing it but I need the Connector location chart to continue to pinpoint where in the dash I need to look. Plus when I hit the high beams they come back on (wierd). Would anyone happen to the chart or locations of c103, and c204?:confused:

So anyways installed the chip and am very happy with results. Smoother running pulls all the way through 7 grand. BTW what a sound at that level. Any other inquiries?
