(1)-what grade of fuel are you using?
(2)-do you use additives in the tank?
(3)-has she been sitting in one spot over a long period(months)?
(4)-when was the last time you had her tuned?

you have to be more specific as to what is actually happening.

so friday morn when I went to school the car ran like it supposed to,  I just bought the car a month ago I think its been sitting for a good while though. It sounded good when the car didnt accelerate good but friday morn when it sounded a lil like crap it accelerated way better. I have a rattle sound seems like inside the cat and the engine sorta sounds like a diesel. Im thinkin it may be some kinda sensor.

Bad timing chains sound like diesels.

try finding and fixing your vaccum leaks, throw on a new 02 sensor, then see how it runs?

checked for vac leaks and put a new mustang o2 sensor and still has slow acceleration and I have noticed that something in the cat is loose and rattles bad. So now im thinking it could be camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor!!

Your catalytic converter is probably clogged up and needs replacing. I had to replace mine, it was full of carbon build up. Cant get proper air flow through the exaust will cause this.  The vacuum linese are cheap and can be bought by the foot at any auto store. Also, most are easy to get to. These hoses dry rot and crack.
