I plan on changing my spark plugs soon and was wondering what ya'll use?  I used bosch supers with no issues but they are pricey.  I heard NGK's work well also.  But I dont know.

Bosch platinum (+4, or whatever) are crap... speaking from experience (had them in my car for a long time) - & since I swithced to NGK I never looked back.
I realize it is hard to believe, but hey...

Also, a mechanic who worked on my car some time ago (& an authorized Bosch dealer to boot - with a huge ass BOSCH sign slapped to his building) in Red Bank NJ said first thing he does when someone comes in with engine issues is to look if they have Bosch plugs - & if they do, he replaces them with NGKs immediatelly. Something to do with cold temp properties and quick fouling up.

Ps. - NGK plugs are what BMW dealers sell as well...
Dealer supplied 4 prong NGK platinums FTW everytime.

good luck.

I run what autohausaz sells for both the M42 and the M52.  I think it's 7402 on their website.  Dual tip, yttrium.  It works well.

+1

I ran bosch platinum +4's at one point and soon after a misfire developed, which eventually got worse and the cylinder wouldn't even fire. I replaced them with the ngk's and was good to go

NGK makes a great product, we made 700whp in our old shop drag car (honda b-series) on the regular ol'v-power.

Ive used them for years without a single problem.
