For the fuel check I did a delivery rate/pressure check minus the special tools, I just removed the fuel feed line (this has fuel spraying out), then I removed the return line (no fuel spraying out).
If fuel is being fed, then I figured I am getting fuel, let me know if I am wrong.
As for the alternator/ground wiring, I don't see anything loose.
Can changing the tensioner, change the timing and stop engine from starting? Maybe the next step is to take off the upper timing cover and look to see whats happening with the chain, guides, etc.
