Yeah, I love these pic writeups. I'll do one in a few days when all my parts arrive for cooling hoses/timing chain.

That mechanics wire is mad tight, very versatile also.

That is the A/C belt tensioner, it must be loosed to remove the A/C belt.

You forgot, also have to unbolt the three star shaped bolts on the tranny.

Whats a safe way to clean the gasket mating surface?

As for cleaning gasket surfaces use some sand paper and then clean off with break clean.

Need a quick response. Is the crankcase bolt a left threaded or right?

Lol its normal, did you see the breaker bar needed to loosen it!

It is like 300flb so its tight.
