Id be sure to replace your timing chain tensioner if you haven't allready.

Also be sure to run an oil additive like lucus or marvel mystery oil

its pretty tough to answer posts one can't understand. if the OP wants us to take the time to answer his question, then he should at least take the time to make the post understandable.

When you have this engine and this car, you have to realised that you have to run the windows closed, because this car make a lot of weird noise......ITS A TIGER TANK!!!

Amen to that.  Can't find an exhaust leak for the life of me.  Removed exhaust header to inspect for damage/cracks.  Nothing found.  Replaced header gaskets (3).  No change.  Would a damaged cat or pipe on the exhaust cause a ticking after 4000 rpm?  Intensity increases with RPM of course.

Sorry for the slight thread jack.

Shims??? Did he say shims???

Are we talkin about hydraulic lifters?

IIRC there are no shims.

ok at first i defended this guy but... cmon now man you gotta take time to think before you speak... or type in some peoples case. If you car is losing oil pressure.... DROP your oil pan, check your oil sump pickup, check your oil pump, if you knew how to read you could do some research on this great forum and find that some people had issues with the bolts inside the lower oil pan getting loose and falling into the oil pan.
