If you don't know how to do it you wouldn't be able to do it yourself even with the right machine tools.

Well the machine shop i am taking to they know how to do it i think. But I am trying to buy all the parts for the job so i do not pay the overages the dealer that they get the parts from charge.

Anyhow, I think you have everything but valve guides if the stock ones are messed up.
Just price a few other machine shops too just in case.
I'm sure the head will be awesome when you get it back
