After many annoying delays finally began work on the car today...i moved the power steering reservoir and took the radiators out. Tomorrow we'll measure the intercooler size and order it.

Good project!  I demand more pictures!  Will you be using a BOV or an air bypass valve to bleed out the boost when not needing boost?

I'll take some pics tomorrow, hopefully. I'll use a bypass valve.

Wow! Nice supercharger you have there! I was pretty fired up after reading all these charging stuff and decide to order one on ebay.

Its a eaton M90 blower. Now thinking how to get it to fit onto my car. Probably going to custom build an intake manifold similar to the DASC one.

Hey futron.sim are you sure the m90 wont be to big? If its not i am definitely going to buy one of these bad boys! i was looking at them on ebay also and their not to badly priced. Besides the supercharger and byepass valve and new belts what do you need to make it work? ?

Nuvola -- What did you have to fabricate to get your blower to fit on your M44?  Did you just cut a bracket to mount it to the upper intake manifold and get rid of the lower intake altogether?
