hey frankie: my daily driven car has 240000km on the clock. the timing chain and all the sprockets are like new!!also all the guides like nr 14 and nr 6. !!! no need to be replaced. on this chain is no force (it should not....), like on a bicycle, it only turns around!! i watched your video and i think if you have to pull with such a lot of force to move it about 4-5mm then everything its ok.
if you want to change nr.6 you have to remove the chain, because nr.6 goes behind the chain.. there is no other possibility. for the rest you dont have to remove the chain.
QUESTION: does the noise disappear after a certain time? when the engine and the oil gets warm? what about the hydraulic valve lifters?
sheepdog already say it.. the tensioner fills with oil when it is warm, same the lifters!
