There is a lot more to it that which turbo to choose. Displacement, spark plug, compression ratio, fuel pump, injectors, fuel pressure, fuel and spark control, boost level, boost control, etc. are all variables that need to be factored in. Garrett has a tool to help you select a turbo based on displacement and HP goals. I'd start there. All that being said, unless you're going to increase displacement I'd recommend a GT28XX with a T25 flange. Mine is bigger but this is a track dedicated car built to a specific set of rules.
