There is no adjuster on the compressor itself. There is a third smaller idler wheel on the same belt just below the compressor. In the middle of the wheel there is a plastic cap. Remove the cap and underneath there is a large bolt. 17mm I think. Not sure. After you loosen the large bolt, reach underneath the idler wheel and undo the allen bolt. The idler wheel move up and down and allow you enough slack to replace the belt. It look me a couple of hours to figure it out a few days ago. Good luckJustin

So take off 11, loosen 9, and remove 10? Then it should move?
They should be, unless it was changed by another owner.
