What is your goal for power output?
We designed a e30 turbo set-up around the stock header (see "Stock Header Turbo Build" in the 'swaps' which is vastly more efficient than any log style manifold. It includes a teo5-12b turbo and injectors from a 1992 Saab turbo.
It is set at 5 PSI boost. There was no tuning, no intercooler or RRFPR necessary. The car was driven to the fullest extent possible on Watkins Glen for

1/2 hour sessions and had no problems. It continues to be driven on a daily basis.
cristimm: The draw through set-up puts the AFM on the turbo intake. The blow through puts it between the pressure side of the turbo and the intake.
Ours is blow through. At low boost pressures I believe this may slightly improve initial throttle response via faster opening of the AFM vane.
Most stock turbo set-ups use the draw through. This may be desireable if higher boost pressures are utilized.
