Are you getting a check engine light? If so, Google and perform the Motronic stomp test and tell us what codes you're getting. If not it sounds to me like you've probably got a vacuum leak or fuel delivery issue.

Vacuum leak, or possibly old plug wires/plugs.

Gret suggestions...I'd check for a sticky AFM flap as well.

That sounds like it could a cracked hose somewhere that is being warmed and expanding.  Also check to see that your intake boot is fully seated and not cracked around the edges on both sides.

Have you checked this? It's probably an issue already mentioned but I did this yesterday and it was helping me with my warm start issues:

Did you remove the upper half of the intake manifold and check all your ccv/icv hoses?

Checked all the hoses i could find all seem good replaced a few an still does it! The gas tank has been replaced lately wondering if a fuel vacuum line could be messed up?

Did you check closely for cracks in the rubber intake boot? It's pretty common for them to split on the AFM end along the ridge where the hose clamp sits. Also check the port and plastic elbow on the bottom. Does it start hard when warm?

Pull the vacuum line off of your fuel pressure regulator while the car idles. The idle speed should kick up a bit and no fuel should be present in the vacuum line.
