I did a COP conversion, didn't figure it needed a write-up. Who's bracket do you have?
The only real trouble I had was getting it all to fit just right. First I fitted the plate to the head (since I didn't have the correct "stand-off" shouldered studs). One coil will have a mount ground off to fit the M42, that one has to go to #1 IIRC.
New NGK's, of course. I'd strongly recommend a new gasket set for the cyl head cover as well, and a new cam sensor o-ring.
To complete the job I plugged the wiring harness into the coils first, then bolted the coils to the plate, then finally installed the whole deal in the car.
The only catch on this job would be firing order. I've seen a lot of people try to plug the coils in to match firing order. That's incorrect, the car will only run on two cylinders in that case. Cylinder #1 (closest to the radiator) gets wiring connector #1. Match the numbers & you'll be fine.
