Engine aircargo transport rules ?

Hello all, I wanted to ask if anyone here has ever send an engine with air cargo?

I'm in the process of doing so, but when I dropped the engine at the transport agent he asked me if I have a report stating if it's dangerous goods or not.
Which I didn't have because they didn't tell me in advance I needed such.

Does anyone have any info on this ?

Not sure of the exact info needed, but we get cars and engines shipped aboard all of the time.  Normally there is just a NOTAC (Notification to Captain) form that says "Yes, there is hazardous goods, but all engine fluids have been drained".  The shipper should be able to tell you how to get it "certified" that it is drained.
