As I know drain should above oil level in the sump.

Go for m20 flywheel with 1mm clutch preload (measurement made from untouched by friction disc surface to pressure plate mounting surface). Will help you handle some 250hp for one season

Will change to M20b23 flywheel, M20 starter, M20 pressure plate and a 6-pad sintered clutch disc.
Also a electric fan is on the list

Skip the sintered clutch disc and buy a Sachs '618 pressure plate instead and use a standard 325 organic clutch disc. Will hold much better and also better driveability. Maybe a bit more pricey but you won't regret it in the long run.
That's the setup I use on my 318is turbo, works great.
