Is this noise my timing chain/rails? (video)

There is a new rattle in my engine and a new timing chain hasn't solved the problem.  

Do you guys think this noise is a worn timing chain/guides/sprockets?

I made two copies of the same video - 1 in high quality and 1 in low quality.  You'll need Windows Media Player 9 or greater to play the video.  Please right click and save as.  My server is fragile and slow :)

I don't think I even have #3...  

First thing I would do is pull the belts off and see what that does to the noise. Barring that, I would bet that there is something loose inside the timing case.

Did you get the video?  I was downloading a .torrent file... that always fouls up my router and makes everything slow.  The torrent is done now.

Good idea, guys, about pulling the belts off.  I'll give that a try before ripping my engine apart.  I, too, believe that something is amiss inside the timing case.

Who did the work?  Do they know what to look for in the guides, sprockets, etc. or did they just stick a new chain in? What did taking off the belts do?

Crap - typo.  I replaced the timing chain TENSIONER.  The timing case has never been opened to my knowledge.
