Awesome job!  I have been wanting to re-cover the rear deck anyway, so this might be part of the project.  If I can get some 8" woofers back there, I will be set!

What type of cloth was used?

I think it was a furniture grade fabric.  It was so long ago I dont remember. but i'm sure could be found at a fabric store. Also get some foam so you can shape the curves.
