Swap a 1995 e36 m42 into an e30. Please help

Hello Everyone. I currently own an e30 with m40b16. i am on the point of acquiring an m42 engine from a 1995 e36. I would like to know what are the swaps and parts required to fit the m42 in my car.
From what i've seen from other threads, i should have an e30 m42 intake manifold, the whole wiring and ecu, different exhaust manifold!!!
Please advice me. Thank you well in advance for your help. I really love m42 engines...
