im leakin oil from my chain tensioner, i saw a crack around that cylinder would gasket sealer fix it? please help lol

There's supposed to be a washer (realoem.com lists it as a gasket ring -07 11 9 963 355), part #18 in the link. Is that present?

i have the washer i saw that their is a crack ill try to get a picture up when it stops raining
