So you're saying that I could run 8lbs (psi?) of boost on the stock AFM/ECU with UP to 30lb injectors? Chipped or... ? I'd love to put together a turbo setup to give the 318iS DD a bit more pep in it's step. Thanks in advance!

You'd need an adjustable FPR but yes you could.  The AFM might make it run pig rich at idle though?  Not sure... Awgy would know for sure, he runs the stock ECU and AFM.

As for videos.  I am waiting for the next track day or dyno day to take some, but I'll post them as soon as I get some.

Awesome build, it looks great!  I also like the stealth-MS install.  I messed with MS a couple years ago & ended up not having time for it.  Were you able to use one of the extra IO's to run the MPG needle in the cluster?

Visit HERE for a plethora of 318iS stuff and some other randomness.  Would you say I have a, plethora, of pinatas?

I've read your threads and your site as well.  My MS install pales in comparison to your effort... lol mine was plug and play basically.  Tuning has proven challenging as well since switching to the 46lb injectors.  With the 29lb'ers I had it running buttery smooth... but not so anymore.  Once warm it still runs well, but cold... well let's just say I let her warm up for 10 minutes before driving anywhere :)

Oh and no I don't run the MPG needle, it just dances around every now and then due to feedback I guess.  I am going to try to get a boost gauge in there instead of the econometer.  A guy on r3v used to make them... see if I can get him to do another.

Oh and thanks for the compliments.  The work has all been worth it... as this is a seriously fun car to drive now.

Recently had my turbo suck up a piece of silicon (my fault, didn't put intake tube on properly) and bend all the turbine fins so disassembled the turbo.  Everything looked fresh and clean confirming that the previous owner did indeed do a full rebuild on it.  While I had it apart, I soaked it in paint stripper, then cleaner, and then paint.  Below are the end results.  It's back on the road now with a new wheel which is in better shape than the one that came off of it... so at least some good came out of sucking up the silicon.

Here's a video for you guys.  Recently had my exhaust redone and rewelded the manifold as it had cracked everywhere.  Added a bunch of gussets so it won't ever happen again.
