As some of you may have seen, my E30 is for sale.
About a week ago I purchased a super clean '99 E36 M3 to replace my E30 as my daily/commuter. Well today it finally set in that my E30 will have to be sold and I will inevitably have to hand the keys over to someone else after having owned it for over 4 years.
I am still having second thoughts, even though it was clear that I needed a newer and more reliable car to drive to school 50 miles a day. My father has grown quite fond of the car and has offered to take over the payments if I ever change my mind. We will see. The M3 is an amazing car, it is seriously mint inside and out and has been religiously maintained since new. It handles so well and is so tight and responsive, but it just doesn't put the same smile on my face as my E30. It was always so predictable at the limit and was just fast enough to have a good time in the twistys. Oh well, I guess those days are behind me. I will have another E30 at some point, so keep your cars running good, haha.
Here's a picture of both my happy new E36 and my sad little E30.

E30, you will be missed, and never forgotten.
