Most manufacturers only count on 1-3 rebuilds/re-machining, so you are limited on bore sizes. A machine shop will be able to measure and see if you can use the smaller or larger of the sizes or if you will need the larger. It depends on wear.
At any rate, count on:
Bottom end gasket set and seals
head gasket
valve cover gasket
intake and exhaust gaskets
pistons
rings
bearings
waterpump
oil pump (yes this should be replaced on a fresh motor)
new timing chain, guides, tensioner, and sprockets ($500 easily right there), pretty much no shop will warranty it with a used timing or cooling system.
Expect some head work as well.
May want to consider some new lifters (possibly cam) and a radiator flush/cleaning. Also may want to freshen the clutch since you will have it out, maybe light flywheel, short shift kit, and of course the associated bearings plus master and slave cylinders. I would also spring for an electric fan (makes the engine bay much more roomy) and paint/clean the engine bay.
Plus a few hundred bucks for cleaning, machining and such.
