Anyone measured these values before?

Has anyone measured and recorded these values when doing some head and engine work?

#1 - Combustion chamber volume
#2 - Head gasket thickness
#3 - Cylinder displacement (this can calculate based on bore and stroke)
#4 - Piston Dish displacement

#2 and #3 can get easily, more emphasis on #1 and #4 for stock M42.

The purpose was to get the correct static compression ratio and then look for compatible alternative pistons for my 86mm bore project.
Target was to get CR between 10.5 and 11.
