If you face the hood of your car and look at the eye-brow on the left, you could take them both off and take a sheet of thin cardboard paper and trace the left eyebrow as close as you can. Then cut that shape out, then put it on the top of the R/eyebrow and mark the lines and shave it down to match the left.

it's mostly an illusion, as the right one is a lot thicker than the left one. it has a ton of bondo to get an even finish, and i rounded out the bottom. the left one is pretty much flat from the start, less bondo filling. but it's a good idea (i used a .025'' aluminum sheet instead of cardboard.) yeah the bumper does look good!
