I have other things on my "need list" so unless we hit 15 and can get it at under $200 (15% off), I am not "in."

i emailed him telling him i'd like to be in on the group buy, he responded "OK" and i told him i'd wait for his reply.

since then, i've learned he has a 15% military discount anyway, but i don't want to pull my name off the list and screw everyone else so i'll go with whatever the group buy price ends up being.

You guys need to buy a chip first to get in on this. It isn't a traditional group buy where you pay after there are enough committed buyers. You place an order and Mark refunds the appropriate amount of $ based on the number of orders he receives in the time frame he has set. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
