Guess it is worth a shot.

Well I figured it out.

After me and Eric went through every single electrical issue left I decided that it had to be some kind of problem with the pump. When I went to pull the pump to just go return it for another equally loud and shitty autozone special, I realized there was a slight problem. The small connector between the pump and the hard line had a huge crack in it, bye bye fuel pressure. So yeah, after all of that troubleshooting crap, a 2 inch piece of fuel hose saved the day. Gotta love it.

It wasnt an easy diag, the pump had plenty of volume but no pressure and we didnt realize it until we had tested every wire, relay, fuse, control module

Im trying to visualize where the crack was in the hose. Isn't this a hose on the outside of the tank, where fuel would be leaking into the car??

I tried to find a picture on real oem but it isn't even given a part number. It is a small cylinder that seals the top of the fuel pump to the bottom of the integrated hard line, if you have pulled an oe pump then you should know what I'm talking about. And no, it wasn't an easy diagnosis, even though it turned out to be something totally stupid. I had even pulled the pump up out of the hole just to check things, but the crack was on the backside and I couldn't see it, oh well. Carry on.

Do you think the fuel pressure is what caused the crack? Im wondering how the part failed.

No, I think I cracked it somehow while replacing the pump on the side of the road. Anywho, it is fixed.
