I'm thinking I need to replace my tranny mount and make sure the diff bolts are tight, but what exists under the car that I can replace to make sure the car doesn't clunk? If any of you would mind chiming in with a parts list and even part numbers, that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance!

Look up specific part numbers in Real OEM.

I had a few wierd clunks, but I've heard when the rear subframe bushings break or get really bad, you'll get that "clunk" every time you hit a bump!

I went to the other extreme and replaced everything under the car. Clunking gone now.

Many things can cause clunks. Does yours happen over bumps, or weight shifts/ acceleration & deceleration?

Accel/decel can be:
Worn Guibo
Driveshaft Support Bearing
Rear diff preload off (slop in diff)
Slop in tranny
Differential Support Bushing

Bumps:
Brake pads
Strut mounts
Shock Mounts
Sway bar endlinks

Both Accel/Decel and bumps:
Trailing Arm Bushings
Subframe Bushings

I would be suprized if your tranny mounts were the cause of clunking.... for it to move around that much your motor mounts would probably be shot as well.

My clunking comes when I change directions (reverse to forward & vice versa), and also during gear changes & when I push in the clutch. Which of the above listed bushings fail the most often, and/or which ones should I start with?

same happens to me, changing directions etc, the sound is up real high from behind so i orderend new rear shock mounts, i'll see if its gone after theyre in

I got my car a week ago, drove it maybe a mile, wiggled the engine front to back. Shocked, I rolled under the car to find the tranny crossmember and trans mounts were missing!!!

If you hear a clunk coming from the front end around the strut towers, it's always a good idea to just put a 19MM on there and torque down on that strut collar nut real good.

As my suspension settled, mine became loose and were making an awful sound.

Bumps:
Rear subframe mounts
Trailing Arm Bushings
Trashed front sway bar links

I had noise from the diff bushing, one ball joint, and the trailing arm bushings.
