Those were wheels sold on E30 318is vehicles, I am not sure if these were standard or optional on the iS.
The logo is a sticker I believe and is easily replaceable?

Yes, those were sold on all BMW 318is in america. The logos are just stickers, about 7 bucks each. What is he asking for them?

That is a pretty nice beetle by the looks of the headlights, at least by the look of the front end in the picture :)

Don't buy them - get a set of 15" instead.

No 318iS should be on 14's anymore...

I don't like huge rims. stupid fashion. I Like to see much rubber around my rims.

Another way to determine if those wheels are authentic, ask the seller to remove a center cap and take a close up of the center of the wheel.  "BMW" and the offset and the exact size should all be cast into the center of the wheel.  I just sold a set of basketweaves and provided that detail to the buyer.

Let me get this straight:  15" are "huge" rims?

15's are huge? Stupid fashion?

That's ridiculous. 15's were an original option and the optimal size for the E30.
14's make it look like a kids car.

And 205/55/15 is hardly low profile...

You can push it to 225 but starts to look chubby with the wrong tire.

15x7.5 here.

No need for larger than 15 but the niceness is the width. no cheap 14x7.5 or 8 with good rubber so might as well go 15

But for 170 get the wheels, it'll look nicer than other options.

Strangely the wheels might be off an old RX-7 or Infiniti - I've noticed a few around town with identical wheels.  I think BMW was one of many manufacturers that used the BBS 14" basketweave - by no means an exclusive BMW application.
