Ok I got hold of some of the white switches and cant seem to get it working anyone have a idea:confused:

instead of starting a new thread, might as well bump this one up, i cant get them to work in my car either, was wondering if anyone had some m42 specific instructions....

I have done it in the end :D

When I go to my car I will get some pics

What I used was switches from a E36 sunroof but I cant remember what way I did the wiring :confused:

i got the blue base switches like in that article, just was seeing if someone already did this to save me the time of using a multimeter and testing everything....but oh well, gotta get dirty if you want results right? :cool:

LOL, someone using a multimeter for me...

I haven't done it either, sounds like it'd be a great "How-To" post if it had lots of pics...
