Thanks Dan, She'll be down by the end of summer!$$$ Right now I have three other money pits to fill, my fifteen year old daughter, my sixteen year old son and a 99 Volvo S80. I have so much money in the bimmer, it's worth more than the Volvo! I'm a single Dad, so mod's take some time to do. By the way, where is Delmont Pa? I live in Kulpmont Pa

I'm not sure yet. We put new KYB's on last year but left the springs alone. I talked to a guy at bavarian auto about putting lowering springs on with stock type KYB's, and he said it would work but the shocks will wear out faster (in 2-3 years). If thats the case, I'll just put the springs on since I don't want waste the KYB's($$$). I'm just worried that the shocks will bottom out and make noise? Any suggestions?

you could probably get away with an H&R OE sport spring, which will help a lot... but in general, you want to match the right spring with the right shock.

I run H&R sports with billy sports and its fine, although in general, the lower/stiffer spring, the better the car will handle.
