torque specs for FW/PP bolts???

sorry fellas, i need to purchase a manual for this motor.

anybody have the Flywheel and Pressure plate bolt torque specs???


and while im on the topic, what bentley should i buy for the e30 and possibly the e36 M42's???  its going into an 84 318 and i know the e30 bentley doesnt have m42 stuff in it.
