been a member of the e30 community for around 5 years now- found a link to this board on e30tech last year and have been lurking since then, just to feed the passing curiosity about what people are doing with m42s.

now I have a reason to post- an alpineweiss '91 vert that I had my gf pick up as a weekend car. I won't get to drive it until I'm back from iraq next summer, but that gives me a lot of time to spend US tax dollars on it- lol.

I'm liking the low drama and good signal:noise ratio of this board, gonna stick around and keep learning as well as keep a project thread updated.

Welcome to the Club!

We just enjoy our cars here, everywhere else everyone has something to prove. We don't care if our 4 cylinder is not as fast as an 8 cylinder, its more fun

Look into the "mess under the intake" and also the lower oil pan having bolts floating around.
