I just searched for 20 minutes and I couldn't find any information on the volvo solid lifters.  Perhaps a direction?

I work at an engine shop and we have been looking at making this work without spending $$$$. So far we have been looking at some custom made lifters that have a tall lash piece, if I get somewhere I'll let you know.
