To use Picasa images, you have to:

Go to the image in Picasa, click on the link to 'link to this photo'.
Select your image size (I always use 800px).
Copy the link it gives you.
Come back here, click the add image icon.
Paste the link from Picasa.
Delete the extraneous HTML info - Picasa gives you a link to use your image as a link. You only want to use the part surrounded by quotations in the img src section.  For example, here is what I copy from Picasa:

http://picasaweb.google.com/2006TopBanana/BMWPics/photo#5116173434819049762">http://lh3.ggpht.com/2006TopBanana/RwBMod-t-SI/AAAAAAAACaA/nLoJldwAPvs/s800/p4181450.jpg" />

Here is what I leave in the box:

http://lh3.ggpht.com/2006TopBanana/RwBMod-t-SI/AAAAAAAACaA/nLoJldwAPvs/s800/p4181450.jpg

In the end, you have:

If you forget to change the size of the image, edit your link, replacing 's144' with 's800'.

Oh, yeah, cool pic!

Fuel pump died on the way to work - then the asshole tow truck driver neglected to secure the rear end of the car. Trying to merge onto the highway, he slams on the brakes, my car slides into the winch/cross beam. $3000 to fix.

Before (ignore the yellow circles):

After:

New valance, new hood, new lip, straightened the radiator lower support, painted the whole front end, etc., etc.

Over $1000 in labor alone to pull the front radiator cross member back out, straighten it, repair the associated front end crap that got twisted and paint all the pieces, another $800 for paint/supplies/fees/freight/tax, then about $800 in parts.  OK, so only $2600, give or take. Plus my time.

Doesn't look that bad, but when I got the valance off, the radiator support was mangled to hell - the winch struck smack dab where the valance connects to that support, so it pushed the whole front end out of whack. The bed of the truck was covered in someone else's antifreeze, so it was like an air hockey puck - nothing slowing it down when he slammed on the brakes from about 35 MPH.

I am assuming the tow company paid that 3000 to fix that? if so, great, you get new parts. If not, that blows

Here in South Cakalaki, our plates have 3 numbers, then 3 letters, (they've recently reversed the order for our new suckish SC Tourism plates) but i've seen #69 XXX. I kid you not. I wish i'd taken a picture of it. It was on a Probe I think too. The entire situation was complete irony. I laughed for at least 13 minutes
