It depends on how much fuel pressure you're willing to run.
These are closed systems... a change in one area (adding a lot more air) requires changes in others. I don't believe there is any such thing as a reliable, budget build that comes close to getting the most out of whatever you install. Without the proper fuel and management you either leave power on the table by running rich or you blow it up.
I know what I'm talking about here. A previous turbo project was a turbo Miata with slightly bigger injectors and a RRFPR. Once I got to 100psi on the fuel pressure and starting thinking about that, I invested in bigger injectors and a real ECU (in that case, a Link).
I would make sure I knew how to do it right unless you can afford to be without a ride while you rebuild.
