Motor Mounts - rockauto.com
« on: July 28, 2008, 09:28:00 AM »
Have noticed some motor mounts on rockauto.com that are priced far below anything else I've seen. So of course that makes me suspicious.

ÜRO PARTS Part # 11811141377 - $21.79

Wondering if this is the right part and if anyone is using these.

I have not ordered them but i have ordered alot from rockauto and have not had a problem with parts being incorrect or bad. They look like a stock motor mount, i am personally going with poly otherwise id order those off rockauto for cheap. i know people who got m20 motor mounts for cheap off rockauto and they have worked for over 6 months without a problem

BE CAREFUL W/ "URO PARTS"....  there was a thread either on here, bimmerforums or possibly r3v - do a search using the name...  I've heard that some of their parts do not fit properly and are of poor quality...

That's not to say that RockAuto sells junk - because I have purchased MANY parts from Rock Auto without ever an issue.  It only seems that certain Companies that supply Rock w/ their parts could be in question, URO being one...

My guess is they are a solid rubber bushing that looks like our oil filled one. So they will be worse than stock but similar.
