Bilstein Strut Collar Tool

Do I really need it, anyone know where to get it?

Edit: How about rear shock boots?

You don't need it for the rear shocks as far as I can remember. As for the front, I got mine with my bilstein sport shocks from Turner. It's a pretty simple tool. Round with 3 teeth. Torque them correctly too!

I say get it.  I didn't have it when I first put mine in.  I used a pipe wrench and torqued the hell out of it.  A month later I had a nasty rattling as it backed off and the strut insert was bouncing around.

I ordered the tool and tightened it correctly... and it's been perfect since.

I ordered mine right from Bilstein... it was only a few dollars.
