Are there any out there, if so what kind of money are they? I would like to get one for the hot Florida summers sometime in the future once I get the nessesary stuff taken care of.

Here's one on eBay now:

From what I have seen on eBay and other BMW froums, it seems the "average" asking price for an E30 convertible hardtop is in the $700-$1,200 range, depending on overall condition.

There is also a canvas hardtop "cover" that will protect the hardtop when it is being stored, it's on eBay too:

FYI - hit up r3v forums - there are a few hardtops listed on there for reasonable pricing and in decent condition:

:)

Some day I'd like to get a HT for my cabrio as well, but that will have to wait for now.
