Well, figured I would post one of these up.

I've been lurking on this site for a few months now, even before I registered. It's a much, friendlier environment than E30/R3V, and its M42 specific. :D

I just got my permit last month (I am young, but I am not a kid who uses shorthand, so you will be able to read my posts 99% of the time.) and I figured I would register up on a few different E30 specific sites.

Anyways, We have a 91 318iS(around 130k on the odometer), have had it for a few years now (I want to say 5?) and it has never missed a beat. 100% reliable Daily driver.

I do have one question, Where should I look about getting the Sport Seats repaired? The passenger side does not recline or move up without getting one side stuck (I am not sure how the seats are made, but it feels like It's missing a gear off a pinion or spur? It just slips on one side) and the drivers seat has the same problem.

So, anyways. I just wanted to post up a "Hi, I'm the new guy" thread.

So, Hi, I'm the new guy.

Here are some old pictures of the car that my brother took, when it gets back from getting resprayed (Same color, but fresh paint and got all the little dings fixed) I will post up some new pictures.

Looking forward to posting more !:)

hey, welcome to the club.  you're not the only kid here, i'm 17.  i know i know, i use "shorthand" but i dnt make random abbreviations, i just dnt capitalize, but i do make a small select choice of words shorter.  but i am still under the impression everybody understands my writing.  anyways, you'll find an enormous amount of info here, dnt you worry about that.  as far as the seats go, leather?
