Was Leather & Vinyl the only upholstery options for the 318ic's?

Could one have purchased a 318ic w/ cloth interior, or did they only come with Leather or Vinyl upholstery?

If cloth was an option, does anyone have any pics?

Mine came original with a tan cloth interior. Unfortunately, it has been completely removed so no pics.
